NOT THERAPY:
I understand that working with Rosine Kushnick is a transformational energy balancing process and is not, nor does it replace, therapy, counseling or psychoanalysis.
RESPONSIBILITY & RELEASE OF LIABILITY:
I take full responsibility for my choices and behaviors during, and as a result of working with Rosine Kushnick and Golden Beam of Light LLC. On behalf of myself and my heirs, I release Rosine Kushnick and Golden Beam of Light LLC, from any financial, legal, physical, or psychological impact that results from my participation in this program as well as any claim for failure to produce the results I intended.
While Rosine Kushnick and Golden Beam of Light LLC is convinced that you will derive great benefits from the Conception Magic Program and that You should become as successful as You envision, WE of course cannot represent or guarantee that you will attain a certain level of success as a result of our Conception Magic Program. As with any thing in life, each person’s success depends on many factors, including your personal motivation, time commitment, and willingness to dive deep.
The cost of this Program is an investment in yourself and, as with any investment, there is both great potential for a great return on your investment, and a risk that there is no return on this investment. WE expect, however that you WILL experience deep transformation and learn a lot of usable and translatable strategies for success.
This Conception Magic Program Agreement is made between Golden Beam of Light LLC (“WE”) and the undersigned client, (“You.”) And, “You” hereby agree to the following:
You are entering into the Conception Magic Program, which is 6 months in length.
SCHEDULE:
- We meet (on the phone) twice per month for a 60 minute session
- You can email Rosine any time with brief updates on your progress.
- She will then tune into you and support you energetically with energy balancing.
- There may or may not be an actual response to the email per se.
All sessions are scheduled at the beginning of the proceeding month. E.g. all session times and dates for May are confirmed in the first week of April. Please keep track of all of your session times. Please note that any and all of the above mentioned sessions will be done by phone or on skype.
TIME:
We will begin and end our sessions on time, in honor of our commitment. If you call late, the session will still end at the designated time.
RESCHEDULING:
Sessions are only rescheduled due to severe life circumstances.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you cancel your session, WE will not reschedule nor will there be a refunds for any cancelled sessions.
FEE:
- The total for the Conception Magic Program is $2980.
- A down payment of $1300 is due when signing up.
- Monthly payments of $280 are due at the beginning of each month
PAYMENT:
The monthly payments are due each month, 24 hours prior to the session. You will receive a pay pal invoice via email 36 hour prior. Please note the sessions will not take place unless they are paid for in full, in advance.
Payments are not refundable for any reason. Payments are due regardless of whether or not you fully and faithfully participate.
LATE PAYMENTS:
Should you fail to remit any of the required payments on time, you will receive an email and phone call from our office. If, after 15 days, you still have not corrected this matter in a prompt manner, Golden Beam of Light LLC may terminate further services until you are current with your payments. If you are late with payment for your transformational sessions, the program will be suspended pending corrective payments. No refunds will be given. You will be responsible for the remaining balance of the Conception Magic Program, regardless of late payments or your continued participation.
PROGRAM TERMINATION:
WE may also terminate services if, in our absolute sole discretion, if You are conducting yourself or your business in a manner which is not within the standards of conduct that are acceptable to Golden Beam of Light LLC.

By entering into the Conception Magic Program, you agree that you have read and understand the foregoing provisions and agree to be bound hereby.
